Cancellation conditions

The cancellation costs depend on the time of cancellation before arrival:

7 day/e 90.00 % of the total price

30 day/e 70.00 % of the total price

90 day/e 40.00 % of the total price

A minimum deposit will also be retained in the event of re-letting.

You can book your drinks on your room bill and pay them at the end of your stay.

We accept debit card, VISA and MASTERCARD and cash.

If you want to "get out" earlier, we will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you on the way.
If you would like to have breakfast with us on the day of your arrival, please let us know in advance.

For pets we charge EURO 15,00/day without food.

Please understand that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
You are welcome to take your pet with you to the bar.

If the animal is alone in the room, we ask you to hang the ‘Please do not disturb!’ sign on the door.

Coffee capsules are refilled daily and are included in the room rate.

We welcome you with a large bottle of mineral water (0.75 litre) for a stay of several days.
All other drinks taken from the minibar will be charged to your room.

Your television has a large number of radio channels
as well as a TV channel and programme overview.

We are a non-smoking hotel, which means that smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel. Please note that this also includes smoking out of the window or in the wet rooms. Guests in the adjoining room and also guests who occupy the room after you will involuntarily become fellow smokers.

Smoking on the balcony is permitted - however, please ensure that the doors and windows behind and next to you are closed to prevent smoke from entering the room.

Nevertheless, all smokers are very welcome here!
We have therefore set up a heated smoking hut in front of the main entrance especially for you

There is a safe in your room.
However, if you have a large amount of cash with you, please deposit it at the bank. For insurance reasons, we are unable to store guests' valuables in our hotel safe (reception).

In the basement there is a ski room with boot dryer, from which you can go directly into the house or outside. The outside door is locked from around 7 pm.

We ask you NOT to go into the rooms with your ski or hiking boots!

The boot dryer runs according to a regular timer.

You have a direct dial telephone and can dial any call yourself from your phone. (Check-in through reception necessary!)

Behind the ski room there is a table tennis and games room.
Table tennis balls and bats are available at reception!
Parents are responsible for their children!

Your room key also locks the hotel entrance door.

If you wish to stay out longer in the evening, please take your room key with you.

The hotel key can be left in the key box (4-digit code) at reception during the day.

ATTENTION: Keys left at the counter are not monitored!
